My body is fueled by breath, and in yoga, the breath linked movement (flow yoga) is close to my heart. Vinyasa, Yin, and Cardio/Dance style yoga are my core focuses. Yoga has served me in ways innumerable. From reclaiming a connection with my body, to healing, to learning to actually breathe, to bringing me to that zen place on days when I think that I can't. I graduated from Yoga Pura's 500 hour yoga teacher training of 2010. Since then I have been blessed to have travelled to over 20 countries, learning as I go. I love to teach, and my nomadic feet lead me around the globe, sharing, learning, and experiencing this beautiful life. Let's get silly, let's be serious, let's dive deep and heal our bodies, clear our minds, and breathe our way to wholeness.
